Sure people can more easily get away by respawning behind a tree and fly away when they had enough. I can say most of what is already commented here is probably gonna turn out wrong(the wpvp dead sayers). Now with the news of TBC, I've been willing to come back and start fresh (on a new pvp server if given the chance) with a different class, and try to stick to it this time until WOTLK.įor this I come to you, questioning how was (and prolly will be) owpvp in TBC? How did flying mounts affect it? Is it true that Horde will be hugely preferred or just an over exaggeration (like last time)? I enjoyed leveling in classic, doing quests or collecting materials in popular zones that would require me to fight or die. Sadly nowadays this element is gone (in many mmorpgs), and even though PvP may well be alive, it only does so in the 'instanced' form, which just doesn't fit my taste. Having to fight for a spot, even grouping up to do so or accepting my weakness and moving on with something else for the rest of the day.

I enjoyed being out in the wild with roughly any way of escape in case of an ambush. What I've always liked most in MMORPGs was the open world aspect, meeting people to fight with and against. Hello everyone, as a person who never got to enjoy TBC ever (not even in private servers) I've been very hyped of its future coming.
